How often should I detox?

There are different steps to detox and depending on the severity of the problem it can take anything from 3 to 6 months to rid your body of certain toxins.

Body Detox should become part of your lifestyle like taking vitamins daily and should not be seen as a one-off. It is advisable to detox slowly at first, and over an extended period, as the body stores toxins in the cells or in body fat. A three to seven day detox is actually not particularly effective

Always start with the “Colon Cleansing Package”, followed by “Parasite Detox” and terminating with “Liver, Kidneys & Gallbladder Detox”.

Colon Cleansing Package:

• Allergies 
• Arthritis or gout
• Cravings for foods, such as sweets, bread, chips, etc.
• Diarrhoea
• Gas and feeling bloated
• Heart-, kidney-, bladder- or prostate problems 
• Indigestion or constipation
• Intestinal- or stomach cramps
• Spastic colon or irritable bowel syndrome
• Ulcers and heartburn
• Weak immune systems

We suggest using “Colon Cleanse Package” with “Aromaticum”. Against diarrhoea replace the “Colon Activator” and “Oxygen drops” with “Argentum” and “Liver Detox”. Sinusitis: Use the “Immune Booster Package” and “Oxygen drops” in conjunction with “Colon Cleansing Package” against constipation.

Candida Detox Package:

• Dry, itchy skin or eczema
• White build-up on the tongue
• Finger or toenail fungi or infections 
• Joint pain or muscles pain
• Irritability or moodiness
• Sinusitis
• Thyroid failure or hair loss

Against constipation use the “Colon Cleanse Package” with “Argentum” and “Oxygen drops”. We strongly suggest that you use this product for a minimum of six months.

Diarrhoea: Replace the “Colon Activator” and “Body Detox” with “Argentum” and “Liver Detox capsules”. Add the “Oxygen drops”.

Insulin resistance: If constipated start with the “Colon Cleanse Package”. Insulin resistance may indicate advanced Candida and adrenal fatigue. We suggest using the “Insu Resist Package” with “Argentum”, “Oxygen drops” and “Destress tablets”. For weight loss, add “Green tea caps with CLA”.

Parasite Detox Package:

Human parasites are organisms that live inside us as their hosts. They are unable to produce their own food and depend on us for survival. Parasites are harmful to the human body as they consume our nutrients, and they destroy our tissue.

The following symptoms may be indicative of a parasite infection:

Should a daily, regular bowel movement be absent, start with the “Colon Cleansing Package” and use over one month. Always do a “Parasite Detox” before a “Liver, Kidneys & Gallbladder Detox”. The “Liver, Kidneys & Gallbladder Detox” has two parts. The “Liver, Kidneys & Gallbladder Detox Package” with “Sulphur C”, “Liver Capsules” and “Protogen Advance” should be used for six weeks.

The “Liver Flush” consists of “Liver Salt”, “Liver Oil” and a sieve. The “Liver Flush” should be done every six months using the “Liver Detox” products. Start slowly (a small measure) for ex.1 capsule and a quarter teaspoon of “Sulphur C” per day. Increase dosage as the detox symptoms decrease. This may also help ridding the body of heavy metals.
